About Three Nights at Thomas's 3D!

Three Nights at Thomas's 3D: When the Steam Engine of Childhood Becomes Your Prisoner. Thomas the Tank Engine was once a companion to millions of children. That blue smiley face was synonymous with morning cartoons and toy railway tracks on the living room floor. Then Thomas kidnapped you and locked you in a warehouse. And the story begins here!

What is Three Nights at Thomas's 3D?

Three Nights at Thomas's 3D is an FNAF-style horror game where Thomas the Tank Engine has completely lost control and become a deadly threat. You are imprisoned in the warehouse for three nights, from midnight to 6 AM, while Thomas and a mysterious companion patrol outside.

Inside the room are a door, two buttons, a charcoal burner, and an electrical control panel. Those four things are your entire survival toolkit for the three longest nights of your life. Three Nights at Thomas's 3D increases the complexity by requiring players to manage three resources simultaneously: fuel for the lamp, electricity, and the single door that prevents Thomas from entering, unlike the original FNAF, which only had one resource to manage—electricity.

How to Play Three Nights at Thomas's 3D

Check the hallway with the white button

The white button turns on the hallway lights so you can see if Thomas is approaching. But every second the lights are on, the fuel in the furnace is depleting. Look quickly and turn them off; don't leave them on.

Close the door with the red button—but the lights must be off first

This is the most important and also the most deadly mechanism: the door cannot be closed while the hallway lights are on. This means that when you see Thomas in the hallway, you must turn off the lights first before closing the door. That transitional moment is when Thomas rushes through the window. Learn to turn off the lights and close the door in a single instant; a single second's delay is enough to lose.

Throw coal into the furnace when fuel is low

The hallway lights run on fuel from the coal-fired furnace. When the fuel gauge is empty, the lights stop working, and you have no idea where Thomas is standing. Monitor the furnace and throw coal in before it reaches a critical point, not after.

Tap the control panel when energy is low

Similar to fuel, the electrical system also gradually depletes over time. When the power is low, tap the control panel a few times to bring it back up. Ignoring it for too long will cause the entire system to lose power—doors, lights, everything stops working at once.

Three nights, each more difficult

The first night gives you time to get used to the rhythm. The second night Thomas is faster, and the companion appears more frequently. On the third night, all three resources run out so fast that you must constantly choose which to prioritise.

Controls

  • Turn on hallway lights: White button / Left click.
  • Close the door: Red button / Right click.
  • Throw coal into the furnace: Click on it.
  • Restore power: Click on the electrical panel.

Conclusion

In Thomas the Tank Engine, each night you not only survive but also learn to prioritise, read the situation, and not panic when everything happens at once. Three nights. A coal furnace. And Thomas is standing outside the door. Play Three Nights at Thomas's 3D for free—no download or registration required!
