FNAF 8: Security Breach plunges you into Freddy Fazbear's Longest Night in History. Previous FNAF games confined you to a small room. FNAF 8 grants you access to the entire Mega Pizzaplex, leaving you to navigate it on your own. No guard room. No security cameras. Just a boy named Gregory, a massive building, and four glamrock animatronics scouring every corner.
Gregory is trapped after closing time. The exit is locked. Glamrock Freddy, Glamrock Chica, Montgomery Gator, and Roxanne Wolf are patrolling while Vanny watches from the shadows. The goal is simple: survive until 6 AM. The path to get there is anything but simple.
The most significant difference between FNAF 8 and all previous FNAF games is that you have allies. Glamrock Freddy discovers Gregory hiding inside him and decides to help the boy escape. He provides cover in his belly, guides him through dangerous areas, and shields him when other animatronics approach. But Freddy's battery is limited. Find a charging station before he shuts down midway.
Glamrock Chica tracks food. Stay away from the kitchen area and don't let her smell you first.
Montmont Gator controls the Raceway. Roxanne Wolf is more aggressive and harder to dodge than Chica, but she has weaknesses if you know how to use the right tools.
Roxanne Wolf is the most dangerous due to her speed and sense of smell. After Gregory took her eyes to upgrade Freddy, she was blind but still charged straight towards the sound. Sometimes blindness is more terrifying than sight.

Charge Freddy regularly. Don't let the battery run low before finding a charging station. Do it before it's necessary.
Run when needed, walk when possible. Running makes noise that attracts animatronics. Walk slowly in areas with enemies; only run if you've been spotted.
Don't confront directly. Security Breach is not a combat-focused game. Every animatronic is stronger than you. Dodging is always a better option than confronting.
Explore early; learn the layout beforehand. Mega Pizzaplex is huge. Players who know the layout will survive much longer than those who run around aimlessly.
FNAF 8 is a turning point for the entire franchise. From a small room with a camera and a door, FNAF has expanded into a world large enough to get lost in. Gregory needs to survive the night and understand why the Pizzaplex became this place and who is behind it all. The answers don't come easily. But that's why you keep playing.
